What we do

Conservation through community

From birdwatching to biodiversity documentation, TGA turns student energy into consistent on-ground environmental action.

Birdwatching walks

Weekly campus birding sessions and participation in the Great Backyard Bird Count and eBird events.

Cleanup drives

Campus and city-wide waste collection drives in partnership with local organisations and municipal bodies.

Expert talks

Regular seminars from field ecologists, wildlife photographers, policy experts, and conservation scientists.

Biodiversity assessment

Ongoing systematic documentation of flora and fauna on the RVU campus using iNaturalist and field surveys.

Awareness campaigns

Social media drives, workshops, and on-campus installations around World Environment Day and Earth Day.

Global events

TGA participates in GBBC, World Migratory Bird Day, and coordinates with Ataavi Bird Foundation and NCF.
